Who publishes this work

ScalerMD Research is ScalerMD’s publication for telehealth founders and operators. Our focus is platform selection, launch operations, and growth. Articles identify their author and link to a profile explaining their relevant background and affiliations. Our current contributor is Jonathan Saeidian, founder of Brenton Way. ScalerMD remains the publisher, and our articles reflect a commercial perspective. Authorship does not imply independent or medical peer review.

Evidence before conclusions

Comparisons identify primary sources for material claims and show when those sources were reviewed. Competitor publications are cited by name without outbound links. We distinguish what a vendor says from our assessment of what it may mean for a buyer. Vendor documentation is evidence of an advertised offering, not proof of clinical performance, service quality, or delivery speed.

When an article uses original measurements, interviews, or product testing, it should explain the method, sample, and limitations. We do not label a review of vendor websites as an independently tested benchmark or a clinical study.

Commercial relationships

ScalerMD sells telehealth launch and operating services and works in partnership with Brenton Way, an affiliated growth marketing agency. ScalerMD may also connect to companies discussed in our coverage, including TelegraMD. Relevant relationships are disclosed in the article. Our comparisons are written from a commercial participant’s perspective.

Fair comparisons

We use the same comparison dimensions across vendors, acknowledge different buyer needs, and avoid treating missing public information as proof that a capability does not exist. Plan details, fees, integration availability, and timelines can change. Readers should verify current terms with each provider.

Dates and corrections

Publication dates describe when an article was issued. Source-review dates describe when its evidence was checked. A substantive revision should update the modification date and explain any material correction; cosmetic edits should not make old research appear newly verified.

Scope of this publication

Our operating and platform analysis is intended to inform business decisions. It does not replace medical, legal, or compliance advice. Clinical claims require appropriate evidence and qualified review, identified in the article when that review occurs.
