Understand how ScalerMD supports documentation and readiness without replacing legal, clinical, or certification review.
ScalerMD’s role
ScalerMD provides workflow and documentation tools that can support launch preparation, including applicable LegitScript information and document management. These tools help organize work; they do not provide legal advice or guarantee certification, processor approval, or regulatory compliance.
Assign accountable owners
- Business owner: approves the program, public claims, product scope, and operating model.
- Clinical owner: approves the clinical model, patient eligibility, treatment protocols, and clinical communications.
- Legal or compliance owner: reviews laws, policies, consent, certification, privacy, security, and advertising requirements.
- Technical owner: verifies integrations, access, data handling, testing, and incident routes.
- ScalerMD implementation owner: coordinates configured platform work and records unresolved dependencies.
Maintain reliable documentation
- 01
Use the current approved version
Remove superseded drafts from the active launch record and preserve version history in the approved repository.
- 02
Record the owner and approval date
Every launch-critical policy, consent, claim, or configuration decision should have an accountable reviewer.
- 03
Restrict access
Only grant document access to people whose role requires it.
- 04
Review after material changes
Revisit documentation when products, states, connected systems, websites, payments, or patient communications change.
Use precise public claims
Need more help?
Review the safe support options before sharing account context. Keep patient information and credentials out of ordinary email.
