Connect the website, communications, marketing, and operational systems used by your program.

Choose the right integration type

  • Website and checkout: begins the patient or order journey and passes the configured selection into ScalerMD.
  • Email and messaging: sends approved account, intake, status, and support communications.
  • Marketing and analytics: connects acquisition context with the operational journey where that capability is enabled.
  • Clinical operations: receives the information required for the configured care workflow.
  • Payments and fulfillment: supports transaction and delivery activity associated with an order.

The integrations available in your dashboard depend on the systems enabled for your account. If an expected connection is missing, confirm your account permissions and implementation scope before treating it as an error.

Before connecting an account

  • Confirm that you are working in the intended test or production account.
  • Use an integration-specific credential with only the permissions required for the workflow.
  • Record who owns the external account and who can rotate its credential.
  • Confirm the expected website domain, account identifier, and test or production environment.
  • Never send secrets through ordinary email or paste them into a public support request.

Connection process

  1. 01

    Open Integrations

From the provider workspace, choose Integrations and select the platform assigned to your implementation.

  2. 02

    Choose the correct role

Identify whether the system is a source or destination. Selecting the wrong role can block downstream features.

  3. 03

    Enter the requested configuration

Supply the account URL, identifier, credential, or other fields requested for that platform.

  4. 04

    Verify the connection state

Confirm that ScalerMD reports the integration as active and connected before continuing.

  5. 05

    Validate the data scope

Check that the expected catalog, members, pharmacy, or other integration-specific records are available.

If the integration will not connect

  • Recheck the external account, environment, and URL for typing errors.
  • Confirm the credential is active and has not expired or been revoked.
  • Confirm the external account grants the permissions required by the implementation.
  • Check whether the external platform is experiencing an incident.
  • If the problem remains, capture the time, integration name, visible error message, and action attempted—without sending the credential itself.
