Prepare the information your team needs and complete the initial account onboarding flow.

Before you begin

Choose one person on your team to own onboarding and collect approvals. This avoids conflicting credentials, product lists, and launch decisions.

  • The email address for the primary account administrator.
  • Access to the storefront or order source you plan to connect.
  • Credentials or onboarding details for the clinical destination selected for your program.
  • A current product catalog with names, variants, identifiers, and intended clinical services.
  • Payment, domain, brand, pharmacy, and compliance information applicable to your launch.

Complete the onboarding flow

  1. 01

    Create and confirm your account

Use the invited or approved business email, confirm the address, and sign in to the provider workspace.

  2. 02

    Connect a source

Add the storefront or system where products and orders originate. The available choices depend on your implementation.

  3. 03

    Connect a destination

Add the clinical platform responsible for the downstream patient and clinical workflow.

  4. 04

    Add applicable LegitScript details

Provide the website, certification reference, or implementation notes requested for your program.

  5. 05

    Submit for review

ScalerMD reviews the onboarding record and either approves it or returns a specific item that needs attention.

  6. 06

    Finish workspace configuration

After approval, complete product mappings, checkout, payments, communications, and end-to-end testing before launch.

What happens after submission

A submitted onboarding record enters review. If information is missing or needs correction, the account will show an action-required state and the reason supplied by the reviewer. Update the requested information and resubmit it.

Approval opens the broader workspace, but approval alone does not mean the program is ready for live patients. Complete the launch-readiness checklist and an end-to-end test first.

Your first working session

  • Confirm the correct business and brand information appears in Settings.
  • Verify each integration reports the expected connection state.
  • Import or sync the product catalog, then review unmapped products.
  • Confirm checkout and payment configuration with the implementation owner.
  • Assign an operational owner for daily order and patient review.

Review the safe support options before sharing account context. Keep patient information and credentials out of ordinary email.
