Use this checklist to confirm the patient, product, payment, clinical, and fulfillment flow before going live.
What launch-ready means
A program is launch-ready when the complete patient journey has been configured, exercised with test data, reviewed by the responsible owners, and cleared of known blocking issues.
A connected integration or an approved onboarding record is only one part of readiness. The full journey must work across every required handoff.
Pre-launch checklist
- 01
Confirm ownership and scope
Document the program owner, products being launched, target states, connected systems, and what is explicitly out of scope.
- 02
Verify source and destination integrations
Confirm credentials, connection state, required webhooks, and access to the correct production accounts.
- 03
Validate every product mapping
Match source products and variants to the intended clinical service, destination product, and fulfillment path.
- 04
Complete checkout and payments
Review customer-facing amounts, processor readiness, success and failure behavior, refunds, and any recurring-payment requirements.
- 05
Complete compliance and brand review
Confirm required documentation, applicable certification work, consent language, policies, and approved patient-facing content.
- 06
Run end-to-end test journeys
Exercise successful, declined, clinically ineligible, canceled, and exception scenarios that apply to the program.
- 07
Confirm operational response paths
Assign owners for order exceptions, patient support, clinical questions, payment issues, and integration escalations.
- 08
Record launch approval
Have the responsible business, technical, clinical, and compliance owners acknowledge that their required checks are complete.
Plan for external dependencies
Launch-day operating plan
- Name the person monitoring the first orders and the person authorized to pause acquisition if necessary.
- Confirm the secure escalation channel for ScalerMD and each connected system.
- Watch payment, clinical, pharmacy, and communication statuses—not only completed orders.
- Record unexpected behavior with timestamps and non-sensitive identifiers.
- Review the first operating period before increasing traffic or adding products.

Review the safe support options before sharing account context. Keep patient information and credentials out of ordinary email.
